The right location really can make a big difference in the overall feel and vibe of your photos. Are you wanting something edgy with city scapes? Let's go downtown! Do you love relaxing at the beach? Let's play in some waves! Do you want a more natural feel? Let's go meander among the flowers and trees at a local park. Or perhaps you feel most comfortable in your own home? We can do that! Wherever it is, I want you to be comfortable and enjoy your session. It doesn't even necessarily have to be on this list!
Parks + Woods + Fields
These are some of our very favorite locations!
Corpus Christi:
Oso Bay Wetlands, Blucher Park, West Guth Park, The Grove
Portland:
Bayside Park
Rockport:
Memorial Park, Big Tree
Urban
These areas are primarily in downtown Corpus Christi. These locations lend themselves to a more hip vibe.
Pier 99 - North Beach

Beaches
Mustang Island, North Padre Island, and numerous bays; we are so lucky to have so many beaches to choose from!
Need Something Different?
There are a few more locations but they require day passes or more traveling. Or if you have your own location idea then I'd love to hear about it! If you're game, then I'm game!
Botanical Garden is a beautiful location with so many different looks! We could literally spend all day there (but I won't force you to!
Goliad is quite a drive but in the spring there are bountiful wildflowers and it's just so pretty! It's also fun to just get out of town, even just for a few hours.
A coffee shop, restaurant (think pizza joint or the classic two story Whataburger downtown), or a bar! I've done a few unconventional locations and honestly, they're some of my favorites! It might be a bit tricky to find the best time to go but it would totally be worth it!
What to bring
At the beginning of your session, I'll ask you to empty your pockets to create a clean look with no strange pocket bulges, I promise I'm not trying to rob you! I suggest bringing a tote bag to throw all your things into otherwise I can put them in my camera bag. You can also bring bug spray, a comb or hair brush, makeup for touch-ups, a bottle of water, and any additional wardrobe for a change if you want. These are all suggestions and not mandatory. You can also bring a picnic blanket or any other important props but I tend to think simplest is best.
